$30.70 - $46.05The Social Worker II at Brenner Children's Hospital will provide social work services and care coordination to patients and their families in the Pediatric Hematology & Oncology outpatient clinic. They will identify needed community services and refer patients in need to the appropriate services, collaborate with other members of the multi-disciplinary team to affect positive patient and family outcomes and communicate with other hospital staff regarding psycho-social issues that impact health condition/status.
Job Requirements:
- Master's degree in Social Work from a school accredited by the Council on Social Work Education (CSWE)
Additional Preferred Qualifications:
- Clinical licensure (or provisional status)
- Certification as an Accredited Case Manager
- Social Work experience in a healthcare setting
