At Flowise, our team is dedicated to simplifying the creation of AI solutions, and we do it by empowering every team member to operate with full ownership. We believe in moving fast and building with the agility of a startup. Our low-code platform makes it easy to build powerful AI agents and AI workflows. By abstracting complex frameworks into intuitive visual components, we enable users to create sophisticated AI workflows without extensive coding knowledge.

About the Role

You will collaborate with the team on the vision, strategy, and roadmap execution. Your contributions will be critical in realizing our innovative vision to deliver best-in class AI agentic solutions.

Applying your expertise, your role will be instrumental in advancing our initiatives and delivering outstanding value to business professionals world-wide. 

Product Leadership & Collaboration:

• Establish strong and positive relationships with engineering, data science, product management, design and product marketing teams to implement the vision, strategy and roadmap

• Collaborate closely with a diverse set of people including domain experts, technology teams, and external collaborators to align on specific needs of customers.

Product Development:

• Contribute to the ideation, design, and implementation of new AI solutions and features Define product requirements based on industry trends, compliance standards, and customer feedback

• Clear articulation of various monetization strategies to increase revenue

Market Analysis:

• Stay informed about advancements in generative and predictive AI, machine learning, and the broader HR and Finance tech landscape

• Conduct market research to find opportunities and challenges unique to the targeted industry

About You

Basic Qualifications:

• 8+ years of experience in Product Management, with a primary focus on building and launching generative AI products, including proficiency with LLMs and other generative models

Other Qualifications: 

• Must have a good product sense and have used a lot of GenAI/LLM products, experience building and launched products as well.
