Senior Accountant (Remote)

Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Accountant with healthcare accounting experience and proficiency in Microsoft Great Plains accounting software. The Senior Accountant will be responsible for overseeing the organization's financial operations, including budgeting, financial reporting, and compliance with healthcare regulations.
This position is available as remote in the following states: CA, NV, TX, KS, MO, OH, FL, NC, MI, TN

Responsibilities:

• Manage the organization's financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and accounting standards
• Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
• Assist with audits and financial reviews
• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes
• Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies
• Prepare and submit tax returns and other regulatory filings
• Provide financial analysis and support to management
• Supervise accounting staff and provide training and guidance as needed
