Project Management Team Lead (US/EU - Remote)

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to join our team as a Project Management Team Lead. As the Team Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the successful execution of multiple projects within our fast-paced global workforce, catering to customers in the glass and steel industry. You will play a key role in project planning, team management, stakeholder communication, resource allocation, quality control, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop a comprehensive project plan, after getting updates/approval from Account Manager/Sales Team,
• Define project schedules and identify necessary resources for successful project execution,
• Establish a safety culture and ensure project managers follow safety protocols,
• Build and lead a high-performing project team, define roles and responsibilities, assign tasks, and foster effective collaboration,
• Serve as the primary point of contact for project communication and maintain regular communication with stakeholders,
• Allocate resources effectively and monitor expenses within budget limits,
• Implement quality control measures and conduct regular project reviews,
• Monitor project progress against established timelines and milestones, track key performance indicators, and provide status updates,
• Identify and resolve problems and conflicts, making timely decisions to keep projects on track,
• Utilize customer and stakeholder feedback for continuous improvement,
• Inspire and motivate the project team, provide guidance, support, and mentorship,
• Evaluate individual project team members' performance and conduct contractor performance monitoring,
• Conduct regular touch base project meetings to ensure resource availability and smooth project operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field (Project Management, Engineering, or Business Administration preferred),
• 7+ years of proven experience in project management, preferably in a fast-paced global tech company,
• Strong leadership skills and ability to build and lead high-performing teams,
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities,
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills,
• Experience in resource management and budget control.
