Internal Audit & SOX Summer Intern



Work Authorization: Must be eligible to work permanently in the U.S. (no sponsorship)


Under the direction of the SOX Compliance team and/or Internal Audit, the Intern will work closely with business stakeholders and be responsible for performing various Sarbanes-Oxley 404 (SOX) projects. This responsibility may include assisting in the development of scope, performing internal testing procedures, and maintaining both process flows and risk & control matrices, as necessary.


Based in Salt Lake City, Utah, this position is considered part of the Internal Audit & SOX Compliance teams.

Job Description

Experience Gained

• Understanding of the business process walkthroughs and gain an understanding into Deloitte’s auditing process
• Utilize SAP, BPC, Wdesk and other reporting tools
• Gain insight into the business functions by getting a close understanding of how different departments do their jobs.

• Candidate must currently be actively in pursuit of an undergraduate degree from an accredited institution
• Familiarity with Microsoft Excel
