Technical Project Manager - Foundation Model Development

The Challenge
We're accelerating our technical capabilities, and we need a world-class Technical Project Manager who can guarantee efficient delivery of multiple complex, cross-functional technical initiatives.
This is a critical leadership position that will multiply the quality of execution across our most innovative technical projects, allowing our company to be more nimble and aggressive as we commercialize and further develop our technologyWe need someone to understand, coordinate, monitor, negotiate, and triage novel and high-stakes technical projects spanning multiple domains, with teammates in multiple time-zones with different working styles (e.g. scientists vs engineers).
You'll be directly responsible for ensuring our most critical initiatives move from concept to successful completion and will up-level our exceptional technical talent in the process.

• Strategic Delivery Management: Ensure precise project execution through precise resource allocation; Conduct rigorous performance assessments; Implement targeted interventions with empathetic yet decisive leadership
• Operational Excellence: Develop robust project monitoring and tracking systems; Codify best practices for scalable, independent project management; Establish a strategic on-call protocol to support technology commercialization
