Position OverviewThe Patient Recruiter is responsible for recruiting new volunteers via telephone and guiding them through the study-specific criteria - conducting phone screenings (outgoing and incoming) with potential study subjects. What You'll Be Working OnDuties include but not limited to:● Recruit study patients by calling subjects from the database and potential volunteers that have contacted Care Access (phone, email, post, etc.) and document contact accordingly.● Educate patients about research, indications, and what to expect during study visits.● Complete screening visits remotely for specific studies● Conduct an informative discussion with the patient.● Schedule study visits with subjects and make reminder calls.● Update StudyTeam/CRIO often and complete● Review and comprehend active study protocols.● Maintain subject screening logs.● Utilize multiple platforms for managing patient data and scheduling.● Serves as a liaison between patients and remote CRCs and local CRC’s. Physical and Travel Requirements· This is a remote position with less than 10% travel requirements. Occasional planned travel may be required as part of the role. What You Bring Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:● Knowledge and ability to apply ICH Good Clinical Practice and applicable regulatory guidelines.● Excellent working knowledge of medical and research terminology● Comfortable working with data and technology● Excellent time management skills and ability to manage competing priorities. ● Team Collaboration Skills: Work effectively and collaboratively with other team members to accomplish mutual goals. Bring a positive and supportive attitude to achieving these goals.● Friendly, outgoing personality with the ability to maintain a positive attitude under pressure.● High level of self-motivation and energy● Ability to adapt and be flexible to changing priorities while maintaining excellent customer service.● Bilingual- Spanish preferred Certifications/Licenses, Education, and Experience:● A minimum of 1 year of experience in patient recruitment● A minimum of 1 year of Clinical Research experience
