We are requiring fluent Dutch and English speaking proficiency for this position.

Key Responsibilities

Project Management  

•  You are considered a project management specialist. 
• Actively manage complex projects (e.g., multinational, multi methodology, etc.) 
• Mentor junior staff members  

Activity Design

• You are able to interpret the information needs of the client on a range of different projects, translating this into overall project design and the right solutions to use. 
• Play an active role in supporting complex projects. 

Analysis and Reporting  

•  You act as an independent researcher (content manager) who adds value through commercially smart and impactful conclusions and recommendations, with light direction from seniors. 
• Deliver high quality outputs consistently, that receive positive client and internal feedback.  

    Presenting  

•  Regularly and confidently give impactful presentations to clients.
• Actively contribute to the design of high impact client workshops / brainstorms and participate in deliveries.

Account Management  

•  You have a thorough understanding of our organization
• Strong client relationship management
• You are confident in different client settings. 
• Your focus is on existing clients, getting involved in account planning, assisting review meetings and client outreach.

Commercial Management & Business Development  

•  Actively work on professional profiling and commercial skill set, connecting better with different clients. 
• You show a broad knowledge and understanding of the full portfolio and can independently interact with clients about it. 
• Actively look to develop the business we have with a client, by making new contacts at the client side and assist with new pitches
• Independently design proposals for simple projects and support seniors for the more complex proposals (e.g., programmes, structural, etc.). 

Skills, Knowledge & Expertise

To excel in this role, The Senior Insight Manager should possess the following: 

• Report Writing: Ability to communicate complex research findings effectively, and in English. 
• Leadership: Motivate and guide the team, build trust, and ensure project success. 
• Proposal Writing: Craft compelling proposals for funding and project management. 
• Statistical Software Knowledge: Familiarity with tools like SPSS etc. 
• Problem-Solving: Address challenges promptly to keep projects on track. 
• Analytical Skills: Interpret data and provide meaningful insights. 
• Budgeting: Manage project budgets efficiently. 
• Presentation Skills: Convey research results to stakeholders. 

Additional Requirements:

• A master's degree in relevant field (e.g. psychology, social studies, policies, business, etc) preferred. 
• 5-8 years of professional research experience.
• Demonstrated success through impactful research projects. 
• Fluent in Dutch and English a must.
