IT Senior Project Analyst - AVP

We’re looking for a skilled IT Project Senior Analyst to join our Citi Technology Infrastructure (CTI) Function Project Management Organization (PMO) team. This position requires strong detailed thinking, a highly collaborative mindset, and the ability to work with ambiguity and through iterations. Analytical skills, technical knowledge and familiarity with BI tools is a prerequisite to success within this role. Familiarity with project methodologies, driving business process and reengineering efforts is important. This role offers unique multidisciplinary development and learning opportunities. 

Responsibilities:

• Developing, maintaining, and managing advanced reporting, analytics, dashboards and other BI solutions to support Global CTI Projects/Programs portfolio management
• Reviewing, testing and improving existing systems and collaborating with teams to integrate new systems
• Performing and documenting data analysis, data validation, and data mapping/design
• Cooperates with various stakeholders within CTI Project Book of Work management including analytical oversight of structure, trends, hygiene and risk management
• Helps to maintains project management system tools and processes supporting projects during the complete project lifecycle or work iterations
• Leads an ongoing process development in the areas of system and data health/quality control, standards, working practices
• Oversight of data management and data quality management including reporting tools strategy

Requirements:

• Practitioner experience in developing, maintaining and managing Modern Business Intelligence reports including Tableau driven dashboards & analytics and working knowledge of Tableau administration/architecture (Power Bi is a plus)
• Strong leadership skills: cross-teams communication and interaction with stakeholders, focus on goal delivery and self-standing
• Proficiency in English
• Competency in Excel (macros, pivot tables, etc.)
• Familiarity with project methodologies, driving business process and re engineering efforts
• Bachelor’s/University degree
