LEADERSHIP, Regulatory and Compliance

Position Requirements

• Bachelor's degree   
• Advanced Degree(s) or Certification(s) in Business, Accounting, Finance, Economics, or Analytics is a plus, but not required.
• 7+ years of relevant work experience, with a preference for compliance risk, ethics, conduct risk, analytical and/or core strategy work within financial services.
• In-depth knowledge of the securities brokerage and investment advisory industries
• Analytical and critical thinking, attention to detail, adaptability, problem solving, and the ability to operate in ambiguous situations. 
• Knowledge of risk management, ethics, controls, and reporting frameworks.
• Concise and effective communication skills.
• Excellent time management, multi-tasking, and organizational skills, mental flexibility, informal leadership capabilities, as well as a thoughtful and structured approach to delivering new capabilities.
• Demonstrated career progression and skill in building networks and achieving consensus.
• Demonstrated experience and comfort communicating strategy, plans, and results to senior leadership.
• Candidates that live within in a commutable distance from our Tempe, AZ and St. Louis, MO home office locations are expected to work in the office three days per week, with preference for Tuesday through Thursday.

Salary Information

Edward Jones' compensation and benefits package includes medical and prescription drug, dental, vision, voluntary benefits (such as accident, hospital indemnity, and critical illness), short- and long-term disability, basic life, and basic AD&D coverage. Short- and long-term disability, basic life, and basic AD&D coverage are provided at no cost to associates. Edward Jones offers a 401k retirement plan, and tax-advantaged accounts: health savings account, and flexible spending account. Edward Jones observes ten paid holidays and provides 15 days of
