Responsibilities:

• Client Interaction: Collaborate with clients on shipments, receivables, goods receipts, reservations, and claims

• SAP Management: Maintain the customer database in SAP, handle orders, invoicing, goods picking/unpacking, shipping document registration, accounts receivable control, returns, and price list maintenance

• Daily Scheduling: Create shipment schedules for the warehouse and plan joint work

• Service Level Monitoring: Monitor service levels and delivery times, propose improvements to meet company targets

• Project Support: Involvement in data analysis and maintenance of master data for the “SHIFT” project

• Interactions (Internal & External): 3PL, Sales, Marketing, Controlling, Accounting, Customers

Qualifications:

• You have a successfully completed commercial apprenticeship, ideally in supply chain or in a comparable field

• You gained 3 years professional experience in this area

• Strong communication skills, confident customer interaction, and a high level of service orientation are your strengths

• You possess excellent organizational skills and enjoy working independently and solution-oriented

• Good knowledge of MS Office and SAP completes your profile
