<p><strong>DESCRIPTION OF THE TASKS</strong></p> <ul> <li>Support the coordination of the IT service management activity in DIGIT, including vision-setting, stakeholders’ alignment, prioritisation, design, delivery, operation and control of IT services offered to customers.</li> <li>Support service portfolio management, including managing and optimizing services across the service lifecycle by taking into account the business value of each service</li> <li>Integrating the service, product, project and program management strategies, and ensuring alignment with business strategies and drivers, and management priorities</li> <li>Identify ways to reduce costs in IT and business</li> <li>Conducting research to find ways to improve the management and offering of services</li> <li>Assessing new IT activities on alignment with organisation’s strategic goals and operational objectives, both at DIGIT and corporate level</li> <li>Assessing current IT portfolio related processes and tools and make proposals for their evolution</li> <li>Data management: ensure and improve data quality for IT portfolio records</li> <li>Local data correspondence support</li> </ul> <p><strong>KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS</strong></p> <ul> <li>Experience defining and implementing strategies under a CIO or equivalent</li> <li>Ability to combine many different skills and experiences to address and solve business, information, and technology related opportunities and problem</li> <li>Rapid self-starting capability</li> <li>Excellent interpersonal and communication skills</li> <li>Very good communication skills with technical and non-technical audiences</li> <li>Capability to write clear and structured technical documents</li> <li>Ability to work in multi-cultural environment</li> <li>Excellent Team Player</li> <li>Excellent knowledge of English (spoken, written)</li> </ul> <p><strong>SPECIFIC EXPERTISE</strong></p> <ul> <li>Knowledge of ITIL, in particular ITIL service portfolio management</li> <li>Experience in delivering Service Management implementations, for example in Service Now platform</li> <li>Knowledge of enterprise architecture frameworks such as TOGAF, COBIT is an asset</li> <li>Knowledge about the organsation of DIGIT, and DIGIT’s IT landscape is an asset</li> <li>Experience in programme and/or project management.
