Responsibilities:

• Own data collection frameworks and documentation for web, enabling accurate reporting of customer journeys and high-probability conversion actions.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including brand owners, web developers, project managers, designers, and business intelligence teams, to develop and enhance analytics solutions.

• Work with tag management systems (e.g., Google Tag Manager, Adobe Launch) to ensure accurate event tracking and data layer configuration.

• Assist in web modernization initiatives, contributing to redeployment and optimization of analytics tools like Optimizely and Adobe Analytics.

• Collect data to optimize digital campaigns, site performance, and customer engagement metrics.

• Provide high level reports and visualizations using tools like Adobe Analytics console and Tableau.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in data analysis and reporting, preferably 5+ years for senior-level roles.

• Proven experience with web reporting platforms and tools; familiarity with tag management systems is a plus.

• Proficiency with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) and SQL.
