Purpose of Role

The Associate, Network Management will support the MBK Leadership Network by tracking, managing, and reporting on communities progress as they organize collective impact strategies to achieve MBK certification, change inequitable systems, and achieve population level impact for Boys and Young Men of Color in their geographic areas. This includes monitoring a variety of internal systems such as registration, certification status, online platform engagement, supporting MBK Leadership Network communication and engagement, and maintaining detailed notes and documentation. You will ensure that network resources are made available to participants efficiently, effectively and quickly.

You will report to the Manager, Network Management & Engagement.

Core Job Responsibilities

  • Supporting Relationship Management: Maintain strong relationships with leaders across the nationwide MBK Network through ongoing engagement via multiple channels of communication and thorough documentation.

  • Network Coordination: Implementing strategies that improve Network knowledge sharing, resource identification, connections between leaders, innovation, and access to technical assistance from MBK Alliance team and partners.

  • Project Coordination: Support the development and implementation of project plans that ensure the delivery of key resources and engagement opportunities to the MBK Network.

  • Convenings and Events Management: Contribute to the planning and execution of  virtual and in-person events including occasional “front of room” facilitation.

Required Qualifications

  • Experience with case management/ account management.

  • Excellent emotional intelligence and customer relationship management skills.

  • Highly organized with attention to detail.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Excellent time management and prioritization skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.

  • Passionate about changing the trajectory of life outcomes for Boys and Young Men of Color

The salary range for this role is between $59,775  and $74,670.
