Your Role at KIK

The Project Manager drives improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities, conducting cost/benefit analyses, and managing multiple projects. They develop project plans, lead cross-functional teams, and ensure projects are completed on time and within budget. Acting as a liaison between stakeholders and Operations, they ensure alignment with business goals, provide regular progress updates, and manage project risks with mitigation plans. This role is based out of Lawrenceville, GA.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Drives discovery of improvement project opportunities, cost/benefit analysis, and facilitates communication
• Develops project plans to define deliverables and drive and report progress of multiple and simultaneous initiatives 
• Executes and drives cross functional teams to project completion- applies a hands-on, ‘rolling up sleeves’ approach to ensure the projects are completed on time and on budget
• Acts as liaison between project stakeholders and Operations, to ensure that all projects align to the company’s business objectives and activities are in support of overall project goals 
• Provides stakeholders and senior management with regular progress reports of milestones, including risk identification and mitigation plans       
• Manages project risks, identifying probability and impact. Engages stakeholders as appropriate to manage and mitigate identified risks.

What You’ll Bring

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
• 3+ years of experience in a project manager role required; 5+ years of experience in project manager role preferred
• Knowledge of EPA regulated products preferred
• Strong knowledge of logistics and manufacturing processes involved with transporting and distributing products 
• Experience coordinating agreement, contracts, and amendments through Legal
• Strong operational project management skills to oversee the entire project life cycle including gathering data, creating analytics and reporting
• Self-motivated with a proven ability to drive results across an organization through a diverse set of stakeholders
• Ability to work collaboratively and effectively within and across functions to achieve ambitious goals
• Ability to communicate effectively to engage and influence all stakeholders
• Ability to act as a positive role model, influencing and motivating others and enhancing their ability to contribute to the organizational goals
• Demonstrated solid analytical thinking and judgment
• Proficient with PM Software (care and control), and fluency in JDE- E1 and SAP are a plus
• Excellent proficiency in MS Office, Smartsheet
• Preferred: PMP or other project management certification
