Adventist HealthCare seeks to hire an experienced Patient Experience Business Partner who will embrace our mission to extend God's care through the ministry of physical, mental, and spiritual healing.
As a Patient Experience Business Partner you will:
• Provide proactive, in-depth consultation, coaching, and guidance to directors, managers, and assistant managers on targeted improvement initiatives and best practices specific to their areas of responsibility.
• Regularly round with directors, managers, and assistant managers to observe workflows and expected behaviors, offering tailored recommendations and on-the-spot training to enhance patient experience.
Data Analysis and Insight: Review and analyze the organization's patient experience data to generate actionable insights, guiding department and unit leadership in implementing effective strategies for improving patient experience.
• Deliver standardized patient experience training programs, including topics such as Service Behaviors, Service Recovery, and Leader Rounding, ensuring consistent application across the organization.
Qualifications include:
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing (strongly preferred), Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or related field
• Master's degree preferred
• 3-5 years proven experience in healthcare management, patient relations, or patient experience leadership is a requirement.
• Certification in Patient Experience (CPXP) or similar credentials strongly preferred
• Experience in developing and delivering training programs strongly preferred.
• Knowledge of HCAHPS and GetWell Rounds+ strongly preferred.

$89,356.80 - $134,035.20
