Job Description Summary:

This position is for a first-aid nurse at the Honda East Liberty Plant. The shift will be 11a-7:30p, Monday-Friday. There are occasional Saturday shifts and on-call requirements as needed. This position provides nursing care to Honda associates and their affiliates. The LPN is accountable for the practice of nursing as defined by the Ohio Board of Nursing. The LPN delegates nursing tasks to unlicensed assistive personnel (UAPs) using the criteria written in the Ohio Nurse Practice Act. This position serves as a resource for other associates. May communicate instructions, do minor scheduling, and inspect work. Does not hire, fire, discipline, promote, demote, transfer, or appraise, but may be consulted by higher management in these areas. This job has no supervisory responsibilities.

Valid LPN License. Graduate from an accredited school or program of practical nursing. Must hold a current license from the State of Ohio. Successfully completed Ohio Board of Nursing approved medication course. Basic Life support Provider
