We are looking for a proactive and strategic Remarketing Vehicle Specialist to join our team.
In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the remarketing process of vehicles coming off lease, ensuring maximum resale value and operational efficiency. You will manage the sale or disposal of end-of-lease vehicles, working closely with dealers, auctions, and internal teams to develop and implement remarketing strategies.
Your expertise will play a critical role in managing inventory, maximising return on investment, and supporting the company's profitability goals through the efficient disposal of leased vehicles.

We are looking for a proactive and strategic Remarketing Vehicle Specialist to join our team.
In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the remarketing process of vehicles coming off lease, ensuring maximum resale value and operational efficiency. You will manage the sale or disposal of end-of-lease vehicles, working closely with dealers, auctions, and internal teams to develop and implement remarketing strategies.
Your expertise will play a critical role in managing inventory, maximising return on investment, and supporting the company's profitability goals through the efficient disposal of leased vehicles.
What you'll do...
- Vehicle compliance: ensure that all vehicles sold to our customers and externally are compliant; V5C, HPI clear, road legal and repaired to our refurb standards
- Partner Management: develop relationships with partners and manage them to SLAs, ensuring our vehicles move quickly through the process
- Work collaboratively with stakeholders across the business, including Procurement, Data and Account Management to help create a more seamless experience across Fleet and Remarketing
- Update systems with product changes
- Reporting; ensure reporting is correct, completing incomplete data
- Collate service history and condition appraisals for vehicles
- Cross reference systems to ensure data is correct
- Assist with Remarketing pricing/valuation changes
- Assist with fleet management within disposals e.g. ensure cars are moving through the processes
What you'll need...
- Experience within the Fleet or Remarketing industry
- Be able to travel 4 times a month to our London office, or partners
- Ability to build relationships across partners
- Ability to think outside what we are doing now, to automate more and build efficiencies
- Strong administration skills
- Keen eye for detail
- Experience using Google Sheets/Microsoft Excel with the ability to manage large data sets
- Highly organised with the ability to prioritise effectively
