The Position:
The Manager, Global Operations Support, Scheduling & Cell Logistics will be an individual contributor responsible for optimizing patient distribution and management across plants, leading process improvement initiatives, developing best practices, and providing support for the three regional operations teams (North America, Europe, and Asia/Pacific). This person must maintain strong relationships with partners across the commercial franchise, the manufacturing and supply chain organizations, and other partner teams to ensure best-in-class customer service is delivered to our patient treatment centers around the world. This position will report to Senior Manager, Global Operations Support, Scheduling and Cell Logistics, and will collaborate closely with other managers within the organization.
Position is office-based in either Seattle, WA or Summit, NJ with in-office attendance required a minimum of 60% of the time. Remote work must be performed at home with a consistent office setup and internet access, as extensive work at computers and phones is essential to job function. Standard workdays will be Monday through Friday.
Holiday on-call support is required as assigned.
Domestic and international travel is possible but will not exceed 20%.
Education and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
5+ years of work experience in scheduling, planning, operations, logistics, and/or supply chain
Experience working in Salesforce CRM, APEX, Oracle, SAP, and/or other comparable planning/scheduling/execution systems is preferred
Experience working in a regulated environment (cGMP/FDA) is preferred
Must have strong proficiency with Office 365 software, especially Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
