Lead Service Specialist

The Musco Marketing team is seeking a Lead Service Specialist to work from our Oskaloosa location. The primary purpose is to research and track project-specific information, evaluate as-built & specifier documentation sets, to identify valuable leads and proactivity communicate them to our Marketing and Sales Team. What you will do as a Lead Service Specialist:

• Proactively monitor lead services systems such as Govwin and Construct Connect Insights.

• Evaluate the current tools in order to give leadership guidance on what improvements will need to be made to our current systems and what additional systems are needed to grow our lead generation.?

• Coordinate between marketing and sales teams in order to provide quick response on potential projects.

• Provide in depth reporting to leadership on the SLED (State/Local/Education) Market provided in our lead service systems.

• Attend webinars and education sessions on the U.S. RFP Landscape in the Municipal Government markets and Architect/Engineering Markets.

• Assist the Market Development Team with lead service information related to targeted regional and national promotions.?

• Other duties as assigned

What you need to be successful:

• Bachelor's degree and/or minimum of 3 years experience working with Musco’s primary markets: municipalities, schools and private organizations.

• Experience evaluating as built & specifier documentation sets, and in-depth knowledge of construction processes

• Lead Service Monitoring -Track project specific data to better understand the Sports Lighting market. Evaluate project documentation and serve up summarized leads to sales.
