Program Manager

Redaptive is seeking a highly-organized and customer-oriented Program Manager to join our Delivery team. Redaptive Program Managers focus on developing and executing a program's internal and customer objectives. For each program, in this role you will define the success metrics and oversee the execution of those success metrics. You will also interact with new and existing customers on a regular basis, directing internal team’s on how to best help customers and implementing practices to enhance customer satisfaction. This position reports to the Director, Program Management.

Job Responsibilities

• Work directly with customer and internal customer account team including sales executive, and others to develop, manage, and execute programs
• Establish and ongoing upkeep of the program road map from pilot to full enterprise roll out
• Ensure alignment of project scope and schedule to meet program objectives
• Establish an efficient program communications plan, and tracking and reporting system; Manage program level reporting and communications up, down and across the program structure
• Directs ongoing reviews and assessments of the program health including project status reviews at a regular cadence; proactively and aggressively manage program risks and implement effective mitigation plan; assist program coordinators in removing roadblocks
• Set standards and processes for the program and ensure all constituent projects’ adherence
• Provide guidance to program coordinators and other cross-functional participants as applicable
• Develop and maintain long-term business relationships by serving as an internal advocate and client liaison.

Job Requirements/Qualifications

• 3-5+ years in project and program management
• Inherently detailed
• Excellent critical thinking skills
• A propensity for relationship building
• Industry knowledge
• Quality spoken and written communication skills
• Aptitude for time management
• Great attitude, willing, thoughtful, and empathetic
• Willingness and capability to work with remote teams
• Have an ergonomically correct and functional work-from-home workstation set up; amenable to working from home for the foreseeable future.
