Responsibilities
Partner with cross-functional teams, in support of new product launches, to define KPIs, develop performance metrics, and ensure data availability on day one.
Collaborate with data engineering teams to design and implement behavior tracking and data models to evaluate product performance.
Lead proactive analyses to identify key trends, diagnose root causes, and surface strategic opportunities for business leaders.
Evaluate new features, products, and markets, and influence strategic decisions by recommending high-impact growth opportunities.
Build and maintain dashboards to present insights to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Write production-quality SQL and python to create new data assets to enable partners across the organization.
Drive the development and adoption of AI-enabled analytics and workflows to scale insights and decision-making across the organization.
Skills & Qualifications
6-8+ years of experience writing complex SQL, including the ability to write production-quality code with little oversight.
Strong experience in advanced analytics in Python, covering data wrangling, time series forecasting, and counterfactual analysis (e.g. difference-in-difference modeling, causal impact).
Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker, Power BI).
Experience with DBT or ETL environments
Strong analytical thinking skills with the ability to identify patterns, synthesize insights, and drive business decisions in complex and ambiguous environments
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence decisions across technical and non-technical audiences.
Experience operating independently and driving analytical initiatives from problem definition through execution and impact
Preferred Qualifications
Experience leveraging AI tools to enhance analytical workflows and scaling their adoption across teams
Experience working in a compliance driven domain (HIPAA, PCI or others)
Strong understanding of the healthcare industry and its evolving landscape
