Business Office AssistantFull-Time | 40 Hours Per Week
Are you a detail-oriented professional with experience in LTC Medicaid and a passion for financial operations in healthcare? We are looking for a Business Office Assistant to support our skilled nursing facility's Business Office, focusing on Medicaid Redetermination, Assisted Living billing, and Resident Trust accounts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process and track Medicaid Redetermination
- Manage monthly billing and collections for Assisted Living Apartments
- Assist with the collection and reconciliation of Applied Income
- Resolve discrepancies in Applied Income as needed
- Scan and maintain Medicaid documents in PCC
- Prepare and post daily deposits for the Resident Trust Account
- Support the Business Office Manager with additional duties as assigned

What You'll Bring:
Qualifications of Business Office Assistant include:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in LTC Medicaid
- Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
- A team player who collaborates effectively with colleagues to ensure success in AR collections
