We are looking for an exceptional, friendly Assistant Office Manager to join our close-knit team. (S)he will have patience, empathy, and the desire to have FUN in the workplace! Customer service is important to us, as is internal communication and comradery. The ideal candidate will be committed to maintain our upbeat company culture while striving to always deliver the best patient experience.

In this role, we are looking for someone that can run a productive schedule and has experience with dental insurance. However, we are much more interested in someone with the right personality – skills can be taught in the clinic!

Requirements

- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

- 2+ years of experience in a dental office setting

- Excellent organizational and time management skills

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Proficiency in dental software programs

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Knowledge of dental terminology and procedures preferred
