Dealer Operations Specialist

Overview

Summary/Objective 

As a Dealer Operations Specialist, your primary responsibility will be to manage and resolve post-funding issues involving dealer partners. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong customer service, critical thinking skills, and the ability to navigate complex problems.

 

Essential Functions:

• Investigate and respond to accounts referred from servicing.
• Address dealer inquiries and redirect them to the appropriate teams when necessary.
• Assess each situation to determine the best course of action.
• Facilitate ACA-initiated or dealer-requested buybacks.
• Resolve CXT complaints related to mechanical issues for the best possible outcome.
• Collaborate with other agents within dealer operations as needed.

Qualifications:

• Spanish Speaking a PLUS
• Strong business acumen
• Proficient computer skills
• Self-motivated
• Ability to multitask
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent organizational and time management skills to manage work volume
• Strong negotiation and influencing skills

Supervisory Responsibility

This position has no supervisory responsibilities.

 

Work Environment and Physical Demands

This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.

 

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work

This is a Full-Time position. Days and hours of work vary.  

 

Travel

This position requires no travel
