About the Role:

Development Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of sophisticated systems using TypeScript, React/Next.js, Node.js, AWS, and databases like Postgres and MongoDB, ensuring scalability and reliability.
• Own technical decisions across multiple teams, aligning architectural choices with company objectives and long-term strategy.
• Champion the delivery of high-quality, maintainable code within ambitious timelines, while balancing technical debt and long-term system performance.
• Document technical solutions, APIs, and workflows to ensure clarity, alignment, and knowledge sharing across the organization.
• Lead initiatives to optimize system performance and address technical debt through proactive refactoring and modernization efforts.
• Influence technical direction by identifying opportunities to integrate AI into development processes, driving efficiency and fostering innovation across engineering teams.

Collaboration and Leadership

• Advocate for cross-functional collaboration with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to design and deliver high-impact features that streamline workflows and align with business goals.
• Mentor engineers across teams, fostering technical growth and promoting a culture of continuous improvement and excellence.
