The Impact You’ll Make in this Role
As an Inpatient Facilities Billing Supervisor, you will be responsible of overseeing the billing operations of the company. Managing a team of billing specialists and ensuring that all billing processes are carried out accurately and efficiently. The Billing Supervisor is also responsible for maintaining strong relationships with clients and resolving any billing-related issues that may arise. This role requires excellent organizational and leadership skills, as well as a strong attention to detail. The supervisor will also determine root cause(s) of billing issues, recommends, and implements appropriate activities and practices to increase collection of company revenue volume and decrease outstanding accounts receivable.

• Review and analyze billing data and reports to identify any discrepancies or errors, taking appropriate actions to resolve them.
• Collaborate with other departments, such as finance and customer service, to ensure that billing processes are aligned with overall business objectives and customer satisfaction goals.
• Develop and implement billing strategies and best practices to optimize efficiency and improve the accuracy of billing processes.
