St. Ann’s Community is currently looking a lead clerk for the St. Ann’s Home located on the Portland Campus. The primary responsibility is to assist in all aspects of running Café Rizzo/Gift Shop Duties.
St. Ann’s Community Offers:

Job Description:
• Open Café/Gift Shop – Make Coffees, stock Tank, Soda, Chips, Candy Etc.
• Greet Elders, Family Members and Staff
• Guide Volunteers
• Perform general upkeep of Café throughout day.
• Maintain and monitor best-selling products.
• Perform all daily cash register procedures. Cash, Charge Cards and Resident Charges.
• Perform all closing procedures. Balance days cash, charges, and Resident Charges. Run end of day report.
• Processes daily deposit form along with cash, credit card receipts and Resident Charge receipts.
deliver deposit to finance drop box end of business day.
• Order from multiple vendors for Café Food, Drinks & Paper products.
• Submit invoices to Docuware. Assign appropriate general ledger number to invoices and approve for payment. Handle all aspects of invoices. Overpayment, not paid etc.
• Check pricing of items to ensure meeting St. Ann’s Food cost guidelines.
• Perform monthly inventory – count all individual items.
• Compile CMI for spreadsheet to be submitted to finance.
• Verify all charges on M&T Credit Card for month, assign correct general ledger account number and provided receipts, submit to finance.
• Handle Advertisement of new products in Café and Gift Shop
Candidate Requirements:
• Minimum of 1 year experience i retail environment
• experience with POS and inventory management preferred
