What you’ll do
• Create and modify billing arrangements and ensure accurate invoicing and billing processes.
• Review, standardize and document procedures to improve efficiency of the billing function of various products and services.
• Ensure that set-up results in proper revenue recognition. Resolve intermediate disputes, discrepancies and uncertainties concerning customer profiles, billing, and invoicing.
• Review billing postings and month-end closing process. Complete balance sheet reconciliations and resolve variances in a timely manner.
• Support audits and general accounting request for documentation on customers, invoices, and supporting.
What experience you need
- At least 6 months of experience in a similar role.
- Experience of managing incidents, risks and controls, preferably in regulated industries.
- Feel comfortable working with diverse stakeholders including but not limited to; Legal, Risk, C-Suite members, IT, Data Protection.
- IT: Management of Google Suite package
