Lead Digital Engineer - Teamcenter Technical Project Manager

Chicago IL – Hybrid (3 days onsite per week)

Title: Teamcenter Technical Architect

Job Description:

As Teamcenter Technical Architect you will develop implementation and integration strategy for Teamcenter PLM, CAD Systems, and MES Systems.

Key Responsibilities

·        Define and Review solutions for various & extensive PLM processes and Integrations, in context of the Teamcenter landscape and its ancillary applications.

·        Defined various business processes across CAD, PLM etc. domains.

·        Develop a strategy to minimize the amount of customization while implementing solutions.

·        Providing PLM related Strategic and Technical Direction for Supplier Collaboration.

·        Formulating methodology of overall Data Exchange to OEMs for Iterative Design.

·        Developed Interface Definitions between CAD, PLM & ERP.

Required skills

·        Experienced in all stages of Software Development Life Cycle

·        Experienced in defining PLM roadmap for 1/3/5 year horizon with deep experience in various integration touchpoints with Teamcenter

·        Define the overall BOM Configuration process for dBOM, eBOM and gBOM

·        Expertise in designing and developing applications using Object Oriented Analysis and Design (OOAD) by developing use cases, class diagrams, sequence diagrams and relationships

·        Experience in designing/developing rich client, server side, SOA and AWC customizations

·        Experience in configuring various aspects of Teamcenter including CATIA and NX integrations.

·        Experience in Installation, configuration and customization of the Dispatcher Framework especially debugging issues in its various 3 layers

·        Configuring TC Modules like Structure Manager, Project, Access Manager, PLM XML etc.

·        Experience in deploying and configuring DevOps processes throughout the PLM landscape

Desired skills

·        Experience creating/customizing Reports using TcRA (Teamcenter Reporting & Analytics).

·    ��   Experience in configuration and customization of Teamcenter Manufacturing (MPP).

·        Experience in implementing Teamcenter in Cloud
