Our goal at SeaQuest is to ensure guests have a one-of-a-kind experience interacting with animals from all over the world. SeaQuest is looking for a Safari Team Member who will enhance the guest experience by creating a warm, inviting, and world-class environment throughout the facility. We are seeking team members with a passion for key performance indicator sales-driven results and significant commission opportunities. With proven sales experience, this position has the potential for bonus pay that's equal to or greater than the hourly pay rate. Safari Team Members are responsible for assisting guests and reporting directly to the Safari Team Manager. Responsibilities:

• Customer Engagement: Engage with visitors, providing exceptional customer service and sharing your enthusiasm for our aquatic and wildlife exhibits.
• Sales Excellence: Drive sales of admission tickets, memberships, and retail products through effective communication and rapport-building.
• Educational Advocacy: Educate guests on conservation efforts and animal welfare initiatives supported by SeaQuest.

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Previous sales experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for animals and conservation.

Schedule:

• Part-time
• Monday-Friday
• Weekends
• Holidays
