Tulane University School of Medicine and LCMC Healthcare are searching for two dedicated and academically inclined advanced heart failure cardiologists (BC/BE) to become part of a team of three advanced heart failure cardiologists and two dedicated transplant/LVAD cardiothoracic surgeons in New Orleans. J1 waiver/green card opportunities exist.

Position Details
• Tulane University School of Medicine and LCMC Healthcare seek two cardiologists specializing in advanced heart failure.
• Ranks Available: Assistant Professor or Associate Professor
• The Advanced Heart Failure Program provides comprehensive inpatient and outpatient multidisciplinary care in New Orleans and the Gulf Coast.
• Join a team composed of fellowship-trained cardiologists, surgeons, physical therapists, nutritionists, pharmacists, and nurse-coordinators.
• In addition to providing excellent patient care, the successful candidate will be actively involved in the teaching of medical students, internal medicine residents, and cardiology fellows.

Qualifications
- Education: Doctor of Medicine (MD or DO)
- Board-certified or board-eligible in Advanced Heart Failure and Transplant. New graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Licensure: Eligible to obtain an unrestricted Louisiana medical license at the time of employment
