Help Wanted – Full?Time Barista (9 AM – 5 PM)

Blu Water Brew a franchise of Scooters Coffee is seeking a dependable, positive, and customer?focused individual to join our team as a Full?Time Barista. This position is scheduled 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with required weekend availability and required holiday availability to support business needs.

Position Overview

As a Barista, you will represent our brand by delivering friendly, fast, and consistent service. You’ll prepare high?quality beverages, maintain a clean and organized workspace, and support a positive team culture. We’re looking for someone who takes pride in their work, communicates well, and shows up ready to contribute every day.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service with a positive, welcoming attitude
• Prepare all beverages according to recipes and quality standards
• Maintain cleanliness of the kiosk, equipment, and workstations
• Follow food safety, sanitation, and cash?handling procedures
• Restock supplies, manage backstock, and support daily operational tasks
• Work efficiently during rushes while maintaining accuracy and speed
• Communicate clearly with team members and leadership
• Uphold Blu Water Brew policies, professionalism, and brand standards

What We’re Looking For

• Reliable, punctual, and able to work full?time, 9 AM–5 PM
• Weekend availability required

• Previous customer service or barista experience is a plus, but not required
