Salary Range: $18.00 - $20.00/hour DOE

Shift: This is a PRN position, working hours as available (could be any day of the week from 7 AM to 7 PM)

Coachella Valley Behavioral Health, a new premier inpatient treatment center for adults age 18 and older, is opening soon and will set the standard for nursing care in behavioral health. Receptionist (AKA Administrative Clerk) responsibilities include:

• Responsible for handling front office reception and general administrative duties.
• Serves visitors, vendors and other outside guests by greeting, welcoming and directing them appropriately.
• Notify facility personnel of visitor’s arrival.
• Maintain security by following established procedures including monitoring guest logbook and issuing visitor badges, if required.
• Keep track of inventory and work with supply vendors to ensure a well-stocked office.
• Answer and transfer telephone calls or take messages.
• Handle facility inquiries and provide general information.
• Sort and deliver incoming mail and send outgoing mail.
• Copy, file and update paper and electronic documents.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE/SKILL REQUIREMENTS:

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
