Job Summary:
As the Family Integration and Childcare Coordinator, you will oversee the daily operations of our on-site childcare center while leading family integration efforts in a residential ASAM 3.5 program for women and children. This role is vital in fostering a safe, trauma-informed, and developmentally supportive environment that promotes child well-being and strengthens family recovery.

Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee daily operations of the on-site childcare center, ensuring safety, engagement, and regulatory compliance.
• Supervise childcare team members and promote a trauma-informed, recovery-oriented culture.
• Design and implement programming that supports parent-child bonding and parenting in recovery.
• Collaborate with clinical and case management teams to align childcare and family services with treatment goals.
• Maintain required documentation, including attendance, incidents, and child development progress.
• Act as a liaison between families, staff, and external agencies to support reunification and holistic recovery.
• Coordinate enrichment activities and family events to foster resilience and connection.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
Education, Experience, and/or Credential Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in early childhood education, human services, social work, or a related field.
• Two years of experience in childcare management or family services.
Additional Qualifications:
• Successful completion of background check including criminal record, driving record, abuse/neglect, and fingerprint check.
• Current driver’s license, acceptable driving record, and current auto insurance.
