The Office of Diversity and Inclusion is seeking an Associate Program Manager who is excited to join a team working toward achieving equity and inclusion at VUMC. This staff member will support monitoring and evaluating activities for institutional initiatives and assist with reporting on equity related projects affecting the workforce, clinical operations, patient care, and medical education at VUMC and VUSM.Located in Nashville, Tennessee, and operating at a global crossroads of teaching, discovery, and patient care, VUMC is a community of diverse individuals who come to work each day with the simple aim of changing the world. Inclusive excellence – nurturing a diverse workforce and cultivating an environment in which everyone thrives and feels they belong - is the focus of the VUMC’s Office of Diversity and Inclusion.
NOTE: This position will primarily be remote, but occasional travel for in-person meetings will be required so the ideal candidate will reside near the Nashville area.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Assist with assessing performance of equity related institution-wide initiatives and policies.
• Utilize evaluation frameworks to support the development of evaluation plans (e.g. logic models, theory of change, evaluation cycle, etc.).
• Provide support on designing and implementing data collection tools (e.g. surveys, interviews, focus groups, etc.).
• Complete data abstraction tasks and data management tasks.
• Support qualitative and quantitative data analysis, and data synthesis, under the guidance of the Director of Evaluation.
• Draft and complete reports and other dissemination materials (i.e. briefs, PowerPoint presentations) for Director of Evaluation and partners.
• Complete literature reviews that support evaluation projects.
• Assist with developing reports and managing annual and quarterly reporting processes for VUMC’s Racial Equity Plan.
• Support the development of standard operating procedures.
• Act as a reporting liaison between VUMC project partners, Office of Health Equity and Office of Diversity and Inclusion.
• Schedule and coordinate group meetings, committees, and workgroups.
