You will report directly to the Head of Product, with no buffer layer between you and product decisions, and no buffer between you and customers. Small team, fast pace, real ownership from week one.</p> <p><strong>What you will own</strong></p> <ul> <li><strong><em>Day-to-day decisions on the existing platform.</em></strong> Change requests, configuration calls, prioritization trade-offs, customer escalations. You move independently on the calls you can make and loop in the Head of Product on the ones you cannot.</li> <li><strong><em>Delivery from idea to production</em></strong><em>.</em> JIRA hygiene, sprint rhythm, QA handoffs, release notes, customer-facing docs.
