What You’ll Do

• Lead and manage the end-to-end lifecycle of large-scale technical programs, from initial planning to launch and post-launch analysis.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for product initiatives, ensuring alignment and clear communication across engineering, product, operations, and other stakeholders.
• Plan and conduct release management and product grooming ceremonies with operations stakeholders.
• Identify potential risks and obstacles, developing mitigation strategies to keep programs on track.
• Continuously assess and improve program management processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
• Understand product architectures and dependencies to support informed discussions and technical decision-making.

What You’ll Bring

• 7+ years of experience in program management.
• 5+ years working closely with technology teams, ideally in healthcare or product-related environments.
• Proven success in launching new products with engineering and product teams.
• Strong experience with Jira and Agile frameworks.
• Technical expertise in conducting data analysis and using technical tools.
• Ability to interpret system architectures and dependencies across platforms, software, and data science.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.
• Advanced English level (spoken and written).
