General Description of the Role
We are looking for a proactive and motivated intern to join Campari's IT Project Management Office (PMO). In this role, you'll play a key role in enhancing and standardizing our project management tools, templates, and methodologies across the organization. You’ll support the adoption of best practices, assist in training initiatives, and contribute to change management within the IT team. In this role, you will take an active part in tracking project progress, preparing insightful reports, and closely collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure projects remain on track. You’ll gain essential skills in communication and project lifecycle management, building a strong foundation for a future career in project management.
Key Activities
- Help develop and standardize project management tools and methods.
- Assist in preparing and delivering training on project management.
- Track project milestones and deadlines, supporting project performance evaluation.
- Prepare reports to keep stakeholders updated on project status, challenges, and achievements.
- Participate in team meetings, helping to capture insights and action points.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT and business stakeholders.
- Support the PMO team with admin tasks, document management, and ad-hoc project assistance.
Who you are:
- Educational Background: Recently completed a degree in a relevant field such as IT, Project Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- Project Management Knowledge: Demonstrates interest and foundational knowledge in project management principles, with a basic understanding of the software development lifecycle.
- Technical Skills: Experienced with Microsoft Teams, Excel, and PowerPoint for collaboration, data analysis, and effective presentations.
- Language Proficiency: Fluent in English; knowledge of Italian is a plus.
- Key Attributes: Detail-oriented and organized, with very good communication and presentation skills.
- Work Style: Proactive, motivated, and able to work well both independently and in a team.
