JOB DESCRIPTION AND POSITION REQUIREMENTS

We are looking to hire part-time administrative assistants to assist with daily operation of the College of Engineering's Learning Factory Administrative Office.

 

Job duties include:

• Be the first point of contact for senior design students as they enter the office
• Process online orders for materials and supplies needed for senior design projects
• Assist with preparations for, and attendance at, the College of Engineering Senior Capstone Design Kickoff Event and with the College of Engineering Senior Capstone Design Showcase event
• Reconcile purchasing card transactions
• Assemble materials into Learning Factory promotional folders
• May assist Director of the Learning Factory with the Learning Factory website and communications efforts

 

Experience with Excel required. Experience with on-line ordering preferred.
