Job Title: Construction Project ManagerLocation: Charleston, South Carolina

Position Overview: As a Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of commercial construction projects from conception to completion. We require someone with Cradle to Grave project management experience, including expertise in design, installation, and maintenance processes. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4 years of experience in commercial construction project management, proficiency in AutoCAD for design, and preferably a Bachelor's Degree in a related field.
Responsibilities:
Manage all phases of construction projects from initial planning to final handover, ensuring adherence to budget, schedule, and quality standards. Collaborate with clients, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure project success .Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans. Oversee the design process, utilizing AutoCAD software when necessary, to ensure accuracy and efficiency. Coordinate procurement of materials and equipment, and manage subcontractor relationships. Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, address issues, and ensure safety compliance. Provide timely and accurate project status reports to stakeholders. Proactively identify and resolve project challenges and risks.
Qualifications:Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field (preferred).Minimum of 4 years of experience in commercial construction project management.Proven experience with Cradle to Grave project management, including design, installation, and maintenance.Proficiency in AutoCAD software for design purposes.Strong leadership and communication skills.Excellent organization and time management abilities.Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.Willingness to travel to client sites as needed.
