SUMMARY
The Manager, Business Integration is responsible for client integration events, including conversions, mergers, fund launches, reorganizations, share class changes, name changes, and any other fund level product change. Additionally, this role will ensure that client requirements are fully integrated across all Transfer Agent business lines.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
• Gathers and documents client requirements.
• Develops and distributes project plans.
• Prepares weekly event reporting for distribution to Ultimus stakeholders and vendors.
• Performs systems analysis and direct vendors and internal staff as system updates and data mapping.
• Manages client and vendor relationships.
• Coordinates client requirements and directs vendors to implement data mapping and system configuration requirements, as needed.
WORKING RELATIONSHIPS
• Mentors associates through instruction, coaching, providing real-time on-the-job experiences, modeling effective practices, and advising on methods used.
• Hosts and coordinates project meetings with stakeholders, including internal associates, clients, and vendors.
• Conducts regular project meetings as scope warrants.
May perform other duties as required and assigned.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance.
• 8-15 years of experience managing transfer agent systems and operational projects.
• 1-2 years of management and leadership experience.
• Experience in business and systems analysis.
KNOWLEDGE
• Power Agent.
• Microsoft Office Suite.
• Adobe Acrobat.
