Position Summary
Manages LOB's Risk and Compliance programs, procedures and systems. Acts in a consultative capacity to assigned business units. Identifies and assesses organizational compliance requirements and operational risks. Develops controls and metrics and evaluates for effectiveness. Evaluating control deficiencies, supporting the design of mitigating activities, and facilitates publishing policies and standards.
PG&E is providing the hourly rate range that the company in good faith believes it might pay for this position at the time of the job posting. This compensation range is specific to the locality of the job. The actual hourly rate paid to an individual will be based on multiple factors, including, but not limited to, specific skills, education, licenses or certifications, experience, market value, geographic location, and internal equity.
The hourly rate for this position ranges from $31.73 to $47.12.
Job Responsibilities
- Participates on project teams to provide general compliance support and monitor regulatory deadlines.
- Helps to develop tools to support risk and compliance programs and initiatives.
- Documents and monitors basic controls, remediation plans and risk mitigation plans.
- Demonstrates basic understanding of regulatory policy and compliance concepts.
- Completes quarterly SOX and compliance testing for assigned departments.
- Collaborates with team to develop administrative/preventive/detective controls to mitigate risk related to compliance requirements.
- Assists with the preparation of reports/presentations on the status of compliance related requirements and risk metrics.
Qualifications
Minimum:
- Bachelors Degree in Business Administration or job-related discipline or equivalent experience
Desired:
- Utility industry experience
- Experience in risk and compliance management, utility emphasis
