Responsibilities
Team Introduction:
The Procurement Team plays a critical role in the business by managing the strategic design and execution of end-to-end processes for acquiring goods and services sustainably and in compliance with business standards. We oversee sourcing and onboarding vendors, optimizing key company systems and processes, maintaining a strategic outlook on procurement activities, and ensuring all contracts meet legal, project, and business requirements.
We are looking for an AMS General Procurement Lead to oversee end-to-end procurement strategy and execution for general services across the AMS region. In this role, you will drive regional initiatives, develop innovative procurement solutions, and ensure alignment with the company’s business objectives. As a people leader, you will manage and develop the regional team, fostering a high-performing organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive procurement strategies for general services categories (including Construction, Facility Management, Catering, Physical Security, HR Services, etc.) across the AMS region.
- Lead and oversee the regional procurement team, build a strong team, and cultivate local talent.
- Build and maintain relationships with key vendors, negotiating high-impact contracts and fostering collaborative innovation.
- Provide strategic insights and recommendations to business partners on procurement initiatives, risk management, and market trends.
- Manage procurement budgets, ensuring cost control and maximum value delivery, aligned with corporate financial goals.
- Enforce global procurement policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with regulations across regions.
- Drive process standardization, relevant transformation, and operational efficiency.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- 5+ years of managerial experience in procurement, supply chain management, or business consulting.
- Strong negotiation skills and experience building strategic supplier relationships.
- Strong cultural adaptability and a collaborative mindset, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, and multicultural environment.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Prior experience managing and developing a procurement team.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Demonstrate success in managing large-scale global procurement operations and cross-functional teams.
- Relevant industry experience in technology, media or other fast-paced, multinational environments.
- Exceptional strategic thinking with the ability to translate business objectives into actionable procurement plans.
- Deep understanding of regional market dynamics, legal frameworks, and compliance standards.
- Experience driving innovation and leading transformation initiatives in a global or multi-regional context.

【For Pay Transparency】Compensation Description (Annually)
The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $114000 - $223200 annually.
Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and the country work location. Employees have day one access to medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) savings plan with company match, paid parental leave, short-term and long-term disability coverage, life insurance, wellbeing benefits, among others.
