Responsibilities
As part of the Central Valley’s largest healthcare system, our Information Technology Services team supports the technology foundation that powers patient care across multiple hospitals, clinics and administrative locations. In this senior-level role within our Desktop Design and Client Services division, the Endpoint Solutions Engineer III helps shape and support enterprise endpoint standards that keep our teams connected, secure and operating efficiently.
- Lead the design, implementation and optimization of enterprise endpoint technologies — including desktops, laptops, mobile devices and peripherals — to ensure systemwide performance and security.
- Provide advanced troubleshooting and technical expertise while mentoring team members and supporting the resolution of complex endpoint issues.
- Partner with internal stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into scalable, reliable and secure endpoint solutions.
- Contribute to the development of new tools, processes and standards that enhance endpoint architecture, lifecycle management and user experience across the organization.
- This position will be support various desktop environment systems such as VMWare/Omnissa Horizon, Microsoft Configuration Manager, InTune, M365, and Imprivata.

Qualifications
Education• High School Diploma, High School Equivalency (HSE) or Completion of a CHS Approved Individualized Education Plan (IEP) Certificate required• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Technology or related field required• Equivalent combination of education and experience may be substituted for the Bachelor's Degree and experience requirements Experience• 4 years of information technology experience in a large enterprise environment required• Experience in designing, implementing and supporting endpoint solutions in an enterprise environment required• Experience in Project Management required• Enterprise-level experience in SCCM, including:
- Packaging Applications and deploying them.
- Building Windows Images for new hardware.
- Managing Software and Hardware Lifecycle within the environment.
- CompTia Certified: A+, Server+, Network+, Security+, Linux+ or related
- Microsoft 365 Certified: Fundamentals, Enterprise Administrator Expert, Messaging Administrator Associate, Security Administrator Associate, Teams Administrator Associate, Teams Support Engineer Specialty, Endpoint Administrator or related
- Nutanix Certified: Associate, Professional - End User Computing or related
- VMware Certified: Technical Associate or Professional
- Other relevant systems/endpoint management certifications
