Account Safety and Quality Manager
Are you passionate about creating safe and healthy environments? Join us as an Account Safety and Quality Manager and help make our workplace a safer place for everyone! This role will support ABM's largest M&D account.
What You'll Do:
- Be the Safety Champion: Plan, develop, and coordinate safety, health, and environmental objectives to achieve top-notch safety management for our client locations.
- EH&S Guru: Facilitate and maintain Environmental Health & Safety (EH&S) programs that support our organizational goals. Manage JHA’s SOPs initiatives.
- Risk Detective: Conduct on-site risk assessments to spot potential hazards and partner with Operations to implement controls.
- Safety Innovator: Lead safety audits, risk assessments, inspections, training sessions, and meetings to ensure our safety efforts are effective.
- Accident Investigator: Dive into accident investigations to uncover root causes and recommend corrective actions.
- Compliance Whiz: Keep us in line with all OSHA recordkeeping requirements and ensure regulatory compliance.
- Safety Culture Promoter: Align safety strategies with our vision, mission, and goals to evolve our safety culture.
- Regulation Expert: Stay updated on safety, health, and environmental regulations and ensure we adhere to them.
What's In It for You:
- Pay: $90,000.00-$100,00.00
The pay listed is the salary range for this position. Any specific offer will vary based on the successful applicant’s education, experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, and alignment with market data.
You may be eligible to participate in a Company incentive or bonus program.

What You Bring:
- Education: BS/BA in Safety Management, Safety Engineering, Occupational Safety and Health Technology, Industrial Hygiene, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years in an EH&S role, with a proven track record of implementing injury reduction initiatives.
- Skills: Excellent communication, interpersonal abilities, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Experience with Zavanta, Origami-Risk, or related programs. Bilingual (Spanish speaking) a plus.
- Team Player: Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Availability: Ability to perform job functions on-site, Monday-Friday.
