We’re looking for a Partner Marketing manager to join our team. This role is critical in managing relationships with key partners and building out and executing a strategic plan to drive revenue growth and branding.

Key areas of responsibility
- Manage and develop relationships with our partners, our partner key contacts and marketing teams.
- Build and execute a joint marketing plan with our key partners to include direct marketing, events, digital programs, etc. to deliver on joint lead, opportunity, and pipeline OKRs and goals.
- Work with key partners to develop new partnership releases, co-branded content, case studies and other related materials.
- Manage the day-to-day planning and execution of client-facing events, industry conferences, and trade shows, including pre-and post-event communications and attendee management. Negotiate and execute contracts for both large and small-scale events.
Required experience and skills
- Experience with partner marketing or demand generation and events.
- Prior B2B marketing experience, preferably within the hospitality and travel space.
- Skills in reporting, analyzing data and uncovering ways to optimize performance.
- Knowledge and experience executing modern marketing channels, including but not limited to events, conferences, webinars, email, direct mail and digital advertising.
- Understanding of channel management, partner business, partner business models, digital transformation business drivers, ecosystem and sales drivers, emerging IT trends and their impact on the partner ecosystem
- Experienced in planning, strategic thinking, business savvy, execution excellence, detail-oriented
- Creative thinker who is adept at working on multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment, and comfortable adding new ideas.
- Energetic, high performer with a willingness to take initiative and be resourceful.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
