Director of Content

FCP Euro is looking for a dynamic, production-focused Director of Content to drive our content strategy and execution. This role is ideal for a seasoned content leader passionate about delivering high-impact automotive content that attracts, engages, and retains audiences.

As Director of Content, you'll own the end-to-end content production process, ensuring FCP Euro produces premium, innovative, and results-driven content across YouTube, social media, video, podcasts, events, paid ads, and more. Leading a talented multidisciplinary team, you’ll optimize workflows, enhance performance through data-driven insights, and align content strategy with business growth.

Responsibilities

Develop & Execute Strategy – Define a content vision that strengthens FCP Euro’s brand, drives engagement, and fuels growth.

Oversee Content Production – Manage the creation and distribution of top-tier automotive content across all digital platforms.

Optimize Performance – Use data and analytics to measure impact, refine strategies, and maximize ROI.

Cross-Functional Collaboration – Partner with Marketing, Product, Sales, and Creative teams to align content with business objectives.

Lead a High-Performing Team – Inspire and manage videographers, editors, writers, and content professionals to deliver exceptional work.

Enhance Brand Authority – Ensure all content reinforces FCP Euro’s position as a trusted leader in the automotive industry, enhancing our reputation and increasing market share.

Experience and Skill Requirements

• 7+ years in content production, with 3+ in leadership.
• Proven success in content strategy, team management, and performance-driven execution.
• Strong understanding of content metrics, trends, and audience growth strategies.
• Experience in video content creation, especially YouTube, is a major plus.
• Exceptional leadership, project management, and collaboration skills.
• Passion for cars and automotive expertise are highly desirable.
• Bachelor’s in Marketing, Communications, Media Production, or related field (Master’s a plus).
