Verifying and processing invoices in a timely manner using Ariba System

Processing orders via internal ordering system

Updating the department budget tracking excel sheet daily

Monitoring email and attending meetings daily

Ability to adapt to an ever-changing environment and prioritize work as needed

Assist with tool crib inventory and organization

Assist with general office administration tasks as required

Assist in the preparation and monitoring of departmental budget
