Lead AV Installer (Travel - CTS- Required)

Looking for a an Individual with at least 3 years of Audio Visual Installation Experience, preferably coming from a AV Installation Company.  Prefer Candidates to have AVIXA Certifications  This position will require Servicing - but no Maintenance on the Systems you will be Installing. Traveling the DMV Area Mainly DC and Baltimore Metro (Travel will be Reimbursed)  Direct Hire - Full Time Role (No Contract) 

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and troubleshoot audiovisual equipment, including projectors, sound systems, displays, video conferencing systems, and control systems. 
• Knowledge of loading and troubleshooting Crestron, Extron, AMX and Biamp control systems required 
• Collaborate with clients, event planners, and technical teams to ensure AV setups meet specific event needs and requirements. 
• Travel to various locations, often on short notice, to set up and dismantle AV equipment for events, conferences, and other projects. 
• Maintain an inventory of AV equipment, ensuring proper storage, organization, and regular maintenance. 
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technological advancements in AV systems to provide innovative solutions and enhance the overall quality of services. 
• AVIXA CTS Certification or Higher is a major Bonus
